Packing
Marble / Granite Slabs
The slabs are manually placed directly on the ground of the container lashed on two wooden bars into 2 groups or 4 groups depending on the length of the slabs. This type of packing allows to the client to load more pcs of slabs. This type is especially in demand in African countries.
Slabs are packed in groups and each group is gathered and loaded inside wooden bundle by 7:14 slabs in each bundle. This type of packing is safe and organized and is the most widely used. This type is popular in European countries.
Marble / Granite Tile
Tiles are packed in strong wooden crates “Boxes” vertically and surrounded with foam sheets for more protection. Each Wooden crate contains certain Number of tiles according to the thickness, All the crate content details are mentioned in the label paper fixed on outside of the crate.
Tiles are placed on wooden pallets horizontally and protected with carton from 4 edges then enwrapping with plastic sheets and fasten with belts to avoid any damages that might happen. It is usually used with stairs tiles.
Split Face Packing
Split Face tiles are packed in strong wooden crates “Boxes” and surrounded with foam sheets for more protection. Each Wooden crate contains certain Number of tiles according to the thickness, All the crate content details are mentioned in the label paper fixed on outside of the crate.
